Returns & Exchanges

Our aim is to exceed your expectations in terms of product quality, customer service and value for money and we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase(s) but if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase(s) you can return it to us for a refund or exchange providing they are unused, in the original cellophane protective wrapping and in a re-saleable condition.

Please follow the steps below:

1. If you wish to return an item, you must notify your intention to return it, by email within 7 working days from the date you received your goods to info@lumineri.co.uk, stating your reason.
2. All items must be returned in the original cellophane packaging, in an unused and saleable condition.
3. You are entitled to a refund (excluding original delivery charge) within 30 days of purchasing your item.

PLEASE NOTE:  For purchases that are given as presents there is no way that the original purchaser will not be notified as the refund will be refunded to the original purchaser of the goods.

4. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item.  Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only.  Lumineri cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.
5. If the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the goods and your original postage and packing charge.
