Payment
We accept debit, credit cards, Paypal payments and cheques made payable to Lumineri. Please do not send cash.

Product Description
We have taken a great deal of care to make sure our product information is accurate. However, discrepancies can occur. For instance, whilst every attempt has been made to faithfully reproduce colours, because pashmina cashmere is a natural fibre there may be a slight difference between batches, also the difference in PC monitor displays may differ slightly from the colour of the garment. If you would like clarification please call Customer Services. Our Pashmina products are all handmade, so you may find some small irregularities but this does not detract from the high quality of the product, in fact it reinforces that it is handmade. The swing tags are made from handmade paper too.
Availability
We do not like to disappoint our customers, so we try to maintain a high level of stock, but despite our best efforts, sometimes demand takes us by surprise and items become unavailable. If this is the case we will tell you as soon as possible.
Delivery
Please read the Delivery Page for available delivery options. Orders paid by cheque will be despatched once the cheques have been cleared. The delivery address should be one where there is usually somebody available during normal business hours.
Hassle Free Returns
Please complete the Returns Form and send it back to Lumineri by Recorded Delivery in original condition, in its original protective wrapping, within 28 day or call Customer Service for a Returns Number and return as above to Lumineri, no need to complete the Returns Form. Please be aware that if you are the recipient of a gift, all refunds are paid to the original purchaser, so there is no way that they will not know that you have returned the item.
Made to Order
Our garments are made to order, which means we can take bespoke orders. Corporate Gifts can be personalised, please call Customer Services to discuss your requirements, we will be glad to assist you.
